The operator has to acknowledge the system every 30 seconds by either the foot peddle or hand pushbutton. If no acknowledge is given a visual alarm to the cab operator is activated, the system requests additional acknowledgements in 15 and 5 second increments. If no acknowledgements are given, the operator is given an audible alarm and at the same time the system goes into full alarm turning on outside vehicle warning lights.
The system comes with several features. visual and audible alarm in operators cab, roof mounted wireless visual alarm, 30 second reset hand and foot peddle acknowledgement, N/O, N/C contacts for other customers activation devices and a 5MPH speed activation sensor. Other options can include data recording black box.
