The Patented ProTran 1 "Portable ProTracker" gives work crews that second chance.  Takes only seconds to implement, the Portable Train Detector (less then 12 lbs) is designed to be portable and placed on or near the tracks.  The unit will detect the presence of a train and send a secure signal to the Portable Warning Light/Horn placed in the work zone and Personal Arm-band Device worn by the Right of Way personnel of an approaching train. Standard Range is 800-1200'.  Greater or shorter distances are available.
